Friendly Review: The Wandering Earth II

It’s so rare these days to find a sequel that’s actually better than the first movie. But this one really nailed it! The storylines are amazing, even though there are a few plot points that might not make complete sense. But hey, it doesn’t take away from the overall awesomeness of the movie.

And can we talk about the runtime? It’s a 3-hour movie, but it doesn’t even feel like it! Time just flies by when you’re engrossed in the action and excitement. That’s when you know you’re watching something special.

I gotta say, this is hands down the best sci-fi movie I’ve seen in the last 3 years, and trust me, I’ve seen a lot of ’em, haha! It’s definitely better than a good chunk of the sci-fi movies coming out of Hollywood these days. It’s got that extra something that sets it apart.

Now, I’m super hyped for the third one! Those flash forward scenes teasing the next storyline got me all excited. Can’t wait to see where they take the story next. Oh, and don’t forget to stick around for the credits at the end! I made the mistake of leaving early, but luckily I could catch up on the end credit scenes online afterward. Gotta love those little surprises they throw in.

Overall, my friend, I’m right there with you. This movie is a winner in my book, and I can’t wait to see what they have in store for us next!
